Important Information

FolioBeyond Rising Rates ETF (RISR) primarily invests in agency MBS Interest Only Strips ("MBS IOs").  RISR generally targets a portfolio duration of approximately negative 10 years, which leads to price movements that are generally inversely correlated to the price changes of 7 to 10 year Treasuries. ProShares Short 7-10 Year Treasury ETF (TBX) tracks the inverse daily performance of ICE U.S. Treasury 7-10 Year Bond Index and serves as one of the inverse Treasury benchmarks for RISR. iShares 7-10 Year Treasury Bond ETF (IEF) seeks to track the returns of ICE U.S. Treasury 7-10 Year Bond Index and would be inversely correlated to RISR. Both RISR and TBX would generally tend to generate returns that are negatively correlated to the performance of IEF.

Comparative Information about RISR, ProShares Short 7-10 Year Treasury (TBX), and iShares 7-10 Year Treasury Bond ETF (IEF). The information is provided for TBX and IEF because they were chosen by Bloomberg’s ETF IQ show as comparative to the RISR ETF.
